Our Return Policy:

In accordance with Softcare Silicone UK Limited policy of offering outstanding customer service and in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item and the post costs or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

Returning Items by Post

If you wish to return an item to us by post, please follow these simple step-by-step instructions:

Send us an return request via email to customercare@softleaves.co.uk and please include the order number and the reason for the return, you will receive a return approval email from us within 1-2 working days.

Repackage the products securely and send the products together with :

- The reason for return

- The order number

- Your e-mail address or telephone number

- Instructions on what would you like us to do. refund or exchange the item

Please kindly note that all items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

Softcare Silicone UK understands that delivering your order on time and in good condition is the most important thing we have to do.

If something goes wrong then fixing it quickly

If your order is wrong or faulty

Send us an email to sales@softleaves.co.uk , we’ll reply within 1-2 ( working days),

send the right item out to you the next working day.

If you want to change or return the item

If you don’t like your purchase or it's not a suitable size, Send us an email to sales@softleaves.co.uk, and then send it back to us within 30 days.

We will ship to you a different size or colour, or process a refund within 48 hours of receiving your return.

Cancellation of Contract :

In addition to your statutory rights ( please see below), you can cancel your contract within 30 days of receipt, if you like to cancel your contract, please contact our customer care team by email at sales@softleaves.co.uk and title the message :

cancellation of order number ( the order number)

Where the contract was cancelled within 30 days of receipt, we will refund in full your payment.

We also accept cancelled orders made under the Distance Selling Regulations as follow:

How do I cancel my order under the distance selling regulations?

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to your order.

In this case we will fully refund your payment, however, you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.

If you decide to cancel your order with us, you must let us know in writing (email ) quoting the order number.
